Is it defloration for defamation?

Until the end of 2012 it is expected adopting a law “On defamation” in Azerbaijan said a chairman of the Press Council of Azerbaijan Aflatun Amashov at the conference “Freedom of speech and responsibility of the media” in Baku.

Speaking at the conference a head of the public association “Eurasian Institute of International Research” a deputy of MM G. Pashayeva noted that a new law may create certain problems of low-skilled journalists and those engaged in racketeering. “This law will become a sort of message to journalists and the public”, – she said.
