No corruption without fire

In the night to 13 August current year in October regional Department of court bailiffs in Kaluga city, Russia caught fire, as result had burned part of official documents.

The investigation determined that the fire was due to arson made by bailiff K. Kitayeva in order to conceal forgery and theft of reporting cash.

Not only they take a bribe, steal, and in addition set on fire also.
