Corruption for a mother in law

A Head of municipal property management and land administration Dukhovnitsky Municipal District of Samara Region Vladimir Belov was accused of the case of fraud.

According to an investigatory body, the official decided to gain at using his position. The defendant had fabricated a decision of an administration head to provide his mother in law with the 995 square meters land area on banks of the Volga.
