Thumbnail gangster and corrupt symbiosis

Assistant of the first Deputy of Volgograd City Duma Elena Zorina and her accomplices put on trial for extortion and other serious crimes, reports corrupcia.net

Zorina organized a kidnapping of a spouse of businesswoman  who refused to pay her a monthly tribute and threatened to set a fire in her outlets, if businesswoman is not paid a multi-million ransom.
