List of the “staff” identifying witnesses

International Organization for Legal Researches is began a forming of a list of persons who are as the identifying witnesses in criminal cases investigated in Azerbaijan.

It is no secret that in violation of Art. 94 of the Criminal Procedure Code as identifying witnesses are systematically used the so-called “public helpers” and other persons interested in the outcome of the criminal prosecution.
