Azerbaijani judges multiply political prisoners

During few months Kazakh court of Azerbaijan refuses to make a decision on a complaint of political prisoner Raghib Piraliyev.

Court received the complaint, but it had not accepted to production, it does not appoint a date of consideration and does not return the complaint.

It can be seen,  it is waiting for January session of the PACE.
