A Head of the Azerbaijani delegation to PACE Samad Seyidov said that Azerbaijan does not recognize the report of a representative of PACE on political prisoners C. Strasser and will not take into account his conclusions, reported 1news.az

However, Samad Seyidov is not Azerbaijan and he is not authorized to make such statements, claim the most Azerbaijani human rights activists.
