Traffic rules are observed

On April 11 Movement OL issued a statement on information made by the prosecutor’s office about reasons of the audit of the structure and functioning of the University of the Free Thought (UFT).

In the statement OL emphasizes that the union is just a movement, not structured, having tired – NGO.

Therefore, the prosecutor’s office in the message “circumstances” that it intends to investigate the concern registered NGOs.

“It should be noted that to date, in the Azerbaijani legislation does not have any rules prohibiting the activity is not a registered non-profit entity. Only came into force on 11 March amendments to the legislation establishing the administrative responsibility for the grant organization not registered and the UFT after that date has not received any grants”, – is said in the statement of OL.
