Accusation in bribery

Against of two senior staff members of the Pension Fund of Russia, suspected in bribery, are indicted an accusation, informed the “Interfax” referring to the press service of the Investigative Committee of Russia.

They have been charged depending on the roles’ division. The investigation is going to petition the court about election of measure in respect of them remand in custody”, – said in the ICR.

The press service has reminded that the investigating authorities of the Main Investigation Department of the ICR in the Moscow have instituted criminal case against the Chief of the Pension Fund of no. 8 in Moscow and the Moscow region Tatiana Moiseenko of art. 290 of the Criminal Code (bribery on a large scale) and a Deputy of Chief of the Pension Fund of no. 3 in Moscow and Moscow region Alexander Moiseenko, under Articles 33 and 296 of the Criminal Code (mediation in bribery).
