Investigation on Intigam Aliyev’s criminal case completed

The material on the criminal case of imprisoned lawyer Intigam Aliyev has been sent to the Baku Court of Grave Crimes, reports APA with reference to a lawyer Fakhraddin Mehdiyev. The indictment will soon be lodged in judicial examination.

Intigam Aliyev faces charges under articles 213.1 (tax evasion), 308.2 (abuse of power), 192.2 (illegal business) and 179.3.2 (misappropriation or embezzlement) of the Criminal Code.
