The importation of about 19 kg of drugs from Iran to Azerbaijan was prevented

On November 29 at 17:20, smuggling of narcotic drugs from the Islamic Republic of Iran to Azerbaijan was prevented on the official territory of the border post of the Goytepe border detachment of the border troops of the State Border Service (SBS) near the village of Arus, Yardimli region. Report informs, citing information disseminated by the State Border Service.

As a result of the operational search activities carried out, drugs with a total weight of 18 kg 800 g (10 kg 500 g of marijuana, 3 kg 750 g of methamphetamine, 4 kg 550 g of heroin) were discovered and seized.
