Europe is learning a culture of the Caucasus

Since September 2012 it will be introduced large fines for uttering obscenities in public places against women in Belgium, says Los Angeles Times.

It was found that it has become commonplace in Belgium when an unknown men pester to girls on a street with indecent proposals and being refused, they begin screaming obscene insults.

The impetus for change in legislation became a film of a young director Sophie Peters “A woman on the street”, clearly demonstrating the customs prevailing in the center of enlightened Europe.

Praise to Allah, while it did not come in the Caucasus, although the relevant legislation has had still the days of Soviet power.

And besides, Men do not use swearwords in the Caucasus and those who use by it is not man.
