The criminal cases of Taleh Bagirov and Fuad Gakhramanli and other 16 persons lodged to Baku Court on Grave Crimes, APA reports.
The case will be examined by Baku Court on Grave Crimes, chairing judge A. Abbasov.
T. Bagirov is accused under Articles 120.2.1, 120.2.3, 120.2.4, 120.2.7, 120.2.12 (intentional homicide), 29,120.2.1, 29,120.2.3, 29,120.2.4, 29,120.2.7, 29,120.2.12 (attempt of intentional homicide), 228.3 (illegal purchase of firearms) and 228.4 (illegal carrying of firearms). Taleh Bagirov was detained by the police on 26 November 2015 in course of special operation in Nardaran settlement of Baku. More than 60 persons were detained during this operation. Criminal cases of some of them were lodged to the Sabunchu District Court. There were adjudicated a verdict in respect of these persons.
On 8 December 2015 F. Gakhramanli was brought to investigation as accused under articles 281 (open calls against state) and 283.2.1 (incitement of interethnic racial, social or religious enmity and hatred).
