The Main Department for Combating Organized Crime of the Interior Ministry has detained Shaki district resident Elshan Agamammadzade, who swindled citizens of a large sum of money introducing himself as a gun seller through his fake Instagram and Facebook profiles, APA reports.
The investigations revealed that Agamammadzade announced on his Instagram pages of “arif_memmedov.85” and “baku_orujie_online” that he sells traumatic and pneumatic guns, having posted their photos, which were taken from the internet. After those intending to buy gun did payment through online systems, Agamammadzade transferred victims’ money to his own accounts.
A criminal case was launched under the fact.
