The journal “Juridical Sciences and Education” has been published since May 2003, and since 2012 (number 35) it has published in three languages – Azerbaijani, English and Russian.
An initial name of the journal: “Science and Education. (Law). Collection of scientific articles” (numbers 1 to 9).
Founder of the journal are “Tafaccur” University and International Organization for Legal Researches.
Managing with the journal is performed by Editorial Board and the Council of the IOLR.
Periodical quarterly print and electronic (on-line) edition and it is published 4 times a year (except force majeure).
Mass media state registration certificate no. 359 of 15.03.2003.
ISSN 2304-1730 (print), ISSN 2304-1749 (on line).
It is published in personal funds of the President of International Organization for Legal Researches who is an owner of the journal.
Free access to releases at www.iolr.org (Journal – Archive). Reviewing and publication of articles are free of charges.
The journal is distributed free of charge to the libraries, universities, scientific and other institutions.
Higher Attestation Commission under the President of Azerbaijan Republic included the journal “Juridical Sciences and Education” in the list of publications recommended for publishing of the main provisions of dissertation research on the legal sciences (Decision no. 07-R from 16.05.2014).

Members of the IOLR who have experience more than a year and participating in activity of the Organization receive the journal free of charges.
